Part of an annual series of pétillant-naturel ciders exploring the terroir and history of the orchards we tend on SDȺY¸ES, Pender Island. ‘Earth edge’ is the english translation of ILEĆEN, the W̱SÁNEĆ name for the bay where the settler orchards harvested for this batch were planted around 1910. Rare varieties like Grimes Golden, Baldwin, Golden Russet and an odd-shaped mystery variety that produces a bittersharp-like juice.

2025 harvest. 7% ABV, 750 mL. Store cool and chill upright before serving.
