North End Pét-Nat ‘25: An annual favourite pressed from King of Tompkins County variety apples harvested from historic orchards around North Pender Island, bright and mineral. Ancestral method bubbles.

Grape Friends Pét-Nat ‘25: Apples and grapes collaborate in this méthode ancestrale fruit wine. Agria red wine grapes hand-harvested on Vancouver Island were crushed, pressed in a wooden basket press and spontaneously fermented with apples from Saturna, Mayne and Pender Islands. 2025 harvest.
8.5% ABV, 750 mL. Store cool and chill well upright.
