Batch 6: A scrumpy mix of late season apples: Baldwin and Red Delicious shaken from the 120-year-old dry farmed trees at Old Orchard Farm, and Liberty variety apples from the Money family orchard on Saturna Island. A smoky, farmhouse character. 2021

Batch 7: A wide mix of Gulf Islands heirloom apples blended with a small amount of Anjou pears from a heritage orchard in the Creston Valley. A perfectly balanced, fruit-forward cider with slight residual sweetness. Harvest 2022.

Batch 8: Fruity & crisp. A pear and apple blend made from Anjous from the century-old Bell orchard in Creston, BC, and Pender Islands apples including Wealthy, McIntosh, King of Tompkins and Yellow Bellefleur.

Batch 9: Seven ate Nine. So we never canned this one. Seriously.

Batch 10: Bright & dry. An all-apple blend from Pender, Mayne & Saturna Islands. Varieties include Prima (Saturna), King of Tompkins and Wealthy (Pender), and a wide mix of Mayne Island apples such as Jonagold, Spartan, Ginger Gold, Silken, Honeycrisp, Chehalis.

Batch 11: Sessionable, farmhouse style. A 70/30 blend of apples and pears pressed from Pender Island King apples, Primas from Saturna, Saanich-grown pears (Conference, Flemish Beauty, Asian pears), and Anjou from the century-old Bell orchard in Creston, BC.

Batch 12: Fruity & Dry. A blend of blends encompassing the whole apple harvest on Pender — Dolgo Crabs, Gravenstein, King of Tompkins, Mutsu, Northern Spy, Jonathan, Fuji, gala, Staymans Red, Wealthy, Pippins, Bramley, and at least four more unknown seedlings.
